HIIT Low Intensity || B E G I N N E R

How are you? Hope you are doing well 💓

Today's workout is dedicated to beginners and those who like low intensity workouts. To lose some stubborn fat, and get the shape.
Don't need much equipement, bring a bench or a chair and let's begin.
I splitted it into 3 circuits, each circuit I repeated it 3 times.

The intensity of the workout will increase in each circuit.



Circuit n°1:

  • Setup
  • Setup to reverse lunge
  • pistol squat

Circuit n°2:
  • Lateral setup (left leg)
  • Lateral setup (right leg)
  • Lateral setup jump

Circuit n°3:
  • Incline pushup
  • Bench dip
  • Mountain climber
  • Hands-elevated burpee
